- Congri
Oriental. Rice cooked with the
broth of the red beans, peppers, onions, garlic, bacon, cumin and bay leaves.
- Black Beans. Creamy, rich, thick and
deliciously spiced.
- Red Beans.
Creamy, rich, thick and
deliciously spiced.
- Cassava with garlic sauce. Our prized tuber, boiled
and tossed with Garlic Mojo Sauce.
- Twice-fried green
plantains. These crisps rounds, are
fried twice for extra crispiness.
- Fried Sweet Plantains. Soft in the center and
crisp outside, these sweet morsels are my favourite way
to enjoy plantains.
